SHIPPING & RETURNS
Free standard USA shipping only. We ship with USPS First Class or Priority Mail. You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. Once your order is packed and shipped you will receive shipment notification and tracking notification via the email you provided. Estimated delivery dates will be provided once you receive the tracking number. We do not offer expedited delivery. We ship between Mondays to Saturdays.

Package stolen, lost, damaged or missing?
We are not responsible if your package was stolen, undelivered, lost, damaged or missing.
We can send you instructions on how to file for a claim to USPS for lost, missing or damaged package.
Filing a claim for Priority mail packages that are lost or missing should be 15 days after the mailing date and should be before the 60 days from the mailing date.
If your item arrives damaged or is missing contents, you may file a claim immediately but must file no later than 60 days after the mailing date.

Damaged items during transit:
We ask that you save all the original packaging from the order and the original contents, these may be inspected by the shipping carrier. Please take pictures of the package, the item damaged. Please do not ship damaged items back to us.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
We will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping info the buyer provided during checkout.
If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If the package returned to us we will contact you via email if you still want it shipped but you will be responsible for additional shipping at that time or we can refund you only if all the items were returned to us.

Product Availability
We will make every effort to indicate availability on each of our products. However, in the event of the purchase of an unavailable item, we will notify the purchaser and they will have the option of waiting for the item to become available or cancelling all or part of the order. If the item will no longer be restocked, we will refund you the amount of the item.

When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out not the date the order is placed. Allow 3-4 business days processing time for your order to ship especially if you have handmade bracelets included in your order.

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States. We do not ship Internationally at this time.

Shipping address changes?
No shipping address changes allowed once you have completed the purchase.

COUPON CODES
If you forgot to input the coupon code, we cannot update discount code promos to your order after your order has been placed.

Refund policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason we are here to help. Returns Policy We offer no-hassle returns. You may return GVG items in original packaging. Please contact us at our contact page to return an item. Please include your Name and Order #. Your return package must be post-marked within 15 days from the day of your delivery date.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 15 calendar days from the day of your delivery date. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your credit card company/bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You will be responsible for the Shipping to send back the items. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the original purchase.
